Find A Girlfriend By Standing Out

by Steve Carter

Be clear, it's not easy finding a girlfriend and it takes some effort to acquire the attentions of the girl you desire. Sitting back and waiting for one to 'fall in your lap' isn't really an option. Yet, there are a number of things you can do to get noticed and make the most of your amazing personality.

If you don't have an amazing personality, the first bit of advice is get one. Be unique, easy to talk to, positive and confident in yourself. If you don't find yourself interesting and unique, chances are neither will anyone else.

Some other things to boost your chances of finding a girlfriend is look in the right places. Bars and work are not the best places to meet girls. If you enjoy a past time like snowboarding or salsa dancing, go to places that host these activities and strike up a conversation with someone there. You'll at least know you have one thing in common.

Don't blend in with the crowd. Dress accordingly. Dress to impress. Be well groomed. A woman will prefer a man who is clean, well shaven and takes care of their physique over a handsome man. Dress to exemplify your personality but don't dress tacky. To first find a girlfriend you must first endeavour to catch their eye.

To catch their eye you should also smile often. This makes you seem inviting, genuine, positive and happy. A woman seeks a man she can feel good around and someone who can bring light into her life. When you make eye contact with a woman that you have your eye on, flash her a little smile. She will melt into a puddle and be eager to get to know you. Smiling shows you are confident and happy with your life. No one wants to get involved in a relationship with a person who is negative, pessimistic or miserable with their life.

This goes along the same lines as walking proud. Adopt a good upright posture, keeping your chin up. Don't think this is the same as being conceited. Have fun and allow people to enjoy being in your company. Relax, laugh and dance if you can. When a woman dances what she really wants is a man to dance along with her. Meet everyone you can; even if they aren't girls. Stand out from the other wall flowers wherever you go and you are bound to find a girlfriend that is perfect for you.

You often hear 'Be yourself' - but what this really means is try to relax and act normal; don't do things that don't suit you, as you will soon feel uncomfortable. And be confident that you WILL find the right person for you ...they are out there, so have some fun looking for them.
