When Good Beds get Strained

by Stephan Thomlinson

Sure your bed may be very comfortable now, but what about next year or even next month. When your good bed gets strained out, it will no longer be as comfortable to sleep on and as a result you will slowly feel more tired in the mornings when you wake up. Getting a good sleep allows your body to heal itself and the more comfortable you are, the less time this healing process takes.

Bent and broken bed frames!

Most beds have a metal frame underneath with their head and foot boards bolted to it. This metal can and will eventually bend or break. Luckily you can replace it without having to replace the rest of the bed. A bent frame can cause chaos on your sleeping comfort.

Springs will bend and break!

Bed springs are nothing more then coiled wire and over time as you bend them they become weaker and less able to support you until they finally break; and they will eventually break.

A rip in the fabric of time!

Your bed has a fabric cover which separates you from the padding and springs that make up its interior. When this fabric eventually rips, it will expose you to the sharp metal springs and also give critters a great place to call home.

Sleeping on a strained bed results in a bad day.

When you sleep on your bed, if you are comfortable you will awake in the morning feeling refreshed and energized; ready for the day. When you bed is uncomfortable you will awake feeling tired and very stressed out.

Taking care of your bed!

Your bed takes care of you for more then a third of your life, therefore it is your responsibility to take care of it and make sure that it is cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Don't let your bed strain you out. You need your sleep and the more comfortable you are, the better that sleep is. A person can sleep 6 hours on a very comfortable bed and awake feeling more energized then someone who slept for 8 hours on a worn down and uncomfortable bed. Since sleeping is such a big part of your day, it only makes sense that you get a comfortable bed.
