1. 2 T of butter

2. 2 C of mushrooms

3. 1 lb of chicken breasts (cut into strips)

4. Cream of chicken soup 1 can

5. 1 medium onion (chopped)

6. Sour cream 1 C.

7. Egg noodles 4 C.

In 1 T of butter cook the chicken. Now cook the vegetables in the remaining butter. Now stir in the sour cream and soup. Let it heat till it is boiling. Now, add chicken and let it heat thoroughly. Finally, serve it with noodles and salad or Italian bread.
