The biggest mistake people make in goal setting is setting ambiguous goals like"I want to earn a lot of money", "I want to go on a holiday" or "I want to be rich".<br />

Such goals in MLM/Network Marketing only works to please the upline. These dreams only look good on paper. And they do not reflect your true desire.<br />

The difference in MLM/ Network Marketing is that you don't have treat your upline like your boss, you don't have to do things to please them.<br />

You do not have to report to anybody in MLM/ Network Marketing. You are your boss. You control your life, and how you want to do the business.<br />

Discover your "hot button", or things that make you tick, instead of making ambiguous dreams, you should be making specific goals you want to achieve, that mean something to you. <br />

An example will be: I want to earn $6000, by the end of may to bring my family for a holiday to Japan.<br />
<br />
Make your goal as specific and detailed as possible, so you feel that you need to achieve it. Your goals should serve as a motivation to you when the going gets tough, so you don't give up easily.<br />
<br />
You should add a time factor to your goals so you know what kind of action you need to take in order to achieve the goals.<br />
<br />
Datelines are important for you to achieve your goals. If your teacher never gave you a date to finish an assignment, would you feel the need to even take action to complete it?<br />
<br />
Promise your loved ones that you will achieve the goals no matter what. Seek their support and understanding in your pursuit of the goal. This make it more important for you to work hard and be disciplined to achieve your goal.</div><div class='uawresource'><div style='font-style:italic;' class='uawabout'><br />
