Is Lipodisolve The Next Best Thing

by Charles Donovan

Almost everyone in the world has heard of the procedure know as liposuction. This option for removing excess fat from one's body has become extremely popular the last ten years or so. However, there are alternative options for cosmetic surgery that may even have additional benefits not found in the more traditional procedures. Lipodisolve is one such alternative.

Lipodisolve has the same goal in mind as liposuction-to remove and/or reduce unwanted areas of fat from different regions of someone's body. However, lipodisolve has some major benefits. First and foremost, lipodisolve do not require incisions or many times anesthetic. Furthermore, most times recovery time is minimal.

In considering whether or not to choose lipodisolve or liposuction, one might want to consider the fact that lipodisolve is not approved yet by the FDA. However, this does not mean that the procedure is prohibited by the FDA. If it were prohibited no one would be allowed to practice it. What this does mean is that lipodisolve is still a new procedure and the FDA has not made up its mind about it yet. Again, I want to stress that this does not make the procedure unsafe by any means-it only signifies that the FDA hasn't approved it yet. Yes, liposuction is FDA-approved, but it has also been around a lot longer than lipodisolve, so it has had time to go through the rigorous and lengthy process for approval.

When deciding whether to participate in liposuction or lipodisolve it is important to understand how the two procedures are performed. Lipodisolve is a noninvasive procedure that requires no incisions. The lack of incisions means that the likely-hood of infection is significantly decreased - something that many patients see as a large benefit of the procedure. Conversely liposuction involves making a small incision in the skin over the fatty area and sucking the excess fat out through a tube like a vacuum.

Instead of incisions, lipodisolve is a mixture of different chemicals which are injected directly into the areas of fat being treated, whether that be your arm, inner thighs, or stomach. This amazing concoction makes the solid fat turn into a liquid fat. This liquid fat can then be removed from your body . Many people consider this procedure much less invasive and much less painful than liposuction, and choose lipodisolve for those reasons.

Obviously one of the most important, if not the most important consideration is the effectiveness of the procedure. Both lipodisolve and liposuction have been proven to consistently have the desired result. However, in general, if you are targeting larger areas of stubborn fat liposuction is the best alternative. Lipodisolve is generally more effective at treating smaller areas. It is best to speak with former patients of both procedures as well as several doctors to determine which method will best meet your needs.
