I realize that it might be hard right now, but just breath deeply and calm down. Consider the goal of reuniting with your ex, like a cross country race and not a short race. You would like to be able to be in the same location and have a conversation without yelling. This can occur with time. There is not a magic wand that you can use. There are no magic incantations that you can say.
